[Kenwood] Remote cable in Kenwood 480SAT to "key" amplifier?

Does "KENWOOD" commercially manufacture a cable that plugs into  the 8 pin 
REMOTE receptacle on the transceiver for use in keying an amplifier?  If so, 
does it need to be purchased directly from Kenwood? 
 
On MENU #28 (Linear Amplifier Control Delay for HF Band), can someone tell  
me which of the three possible "selections" I should choose [1, 2 or  3] to 
interface properly with the Ameritron AL-811H Amplifier? I am missing  my manual 
for the 811H.
