[Kenwood] trying to contact

   I am a ham in Recife, northeast of Brazil. I own a TS850SAT which I have
had for the last 6 years. Lately my TS850 started to give problems. The
moment I turn the radio on transmit and speak on the mike the ALC meter tops
up. If I reduce the mike gain very low the ALC meter does not display or
displays just a ted but then the power output goes down. If I just shout on
the mike the ALC goes top and power to about 100W. I tried changing the
capacitors and  substituted the DC-DC board (X59-1100-00) and also measured
(on receive position) the voltage betwweenon pin 1 and 11 of this board
which gives -6.1 V.
   Here in Recife there are no repairers of radio amateur equipment. Nearest
person hams tell me is in S.Paulo (2000 Km away south) but I do not know the
person. I have working knowledge of electronics.  Can any ham who repairs
Kenwood TS850 shed a light where could the problems be and how I could
correct ?
