If you are W9OL...
you are correct. I use a cellular phone handset extinsion to get from
the radio to the mic. They can usally be aquired for next to nothing
at a shop that installs mobile phones.
If your Not W9OL .......... Get a call.. ;-)
BTW in So. Cal. some people traveling north often do travel in the
trunk till they get past the check point!
