[Kenwood] Dead TS-930S

I was given a 'dead' 930S that had been back to Kenwood twice in the past=
 for what was supposed to have been bad soldering on some of the pc boards.=
  
	When powering up, the relay can be heard clicking, but no power to the=
 display etc.?  Any suggestions on where to look when I pop the covers?=
  This is a fourth rig, so not needed on the bench, but I'd like to=
 repair/get it repaired and useable.
