Ric,

You should definitely have a three-wire, grounded power cord on this
radio.  Despite the fact that the radio is UL Listed and marked "For
Indoor Use Only," such equipment is frequently used outdoors during
Field Day and similar events.  A shock hazard always exists when
two-wire cords are used with transmitting equipment, but a severe shock
can occur when operating outdoors on damp surfaces.  Take care to
terminate the grounding conductor with a dedicated screw on a clean and
uncoated area of the chassis- and not under a an existing screw that is
used for a mechanical purpose.

Regarding the finals, if they have identical part numbers and are
operating as a balanced pair in push-pull fashion, then yes they should
be replaced with a matched pair.  (I am not personally familiar with the
TS-520SE, so this is merely a general comment.)
