[Kenwood] T/R-599, 599D knob part numbers

It seems several of us owners of Kenwood 599 "twins" are missing the 
bandswitch knob. (Where do they all go?!)

Would someone who has a service manual please post the Kenwood part 
number for the bandswitch knob? Then we can check if Pacific Coast 
Parts or kenwoodparts.com carries it. The relevant  model numbers are:

- T-599, R-599, T-599A, R-599A, R-599S, TX-599 (silver knob w/lever)

- T-599D, R-599D (black knob w/silver lever)
