Pacific Coast Parts stocks these. Go to http://www.pacparts.com and 
do a parts search for Kenwood model TS520. They are listed as:
- GROMMET, SIDE ACCESS COVER  J59-0001-05
- PLUNGER, SIDE ACCESS COVER  J59-0002-05
Look under TS520, not under TS520S or TS520SE.

They cost a little over $1 apiece. Unfortunately shipping is kind of 
steep... they charge about $9.50 for shipment via Airborne. You might 
want to ask them if they can ship via Post Office for less.

Note, these seem to be the same fasteners used in Icom IC-202, 
IC-502, Yaesu FT-221, and many other Japanese rigs of that period.
