[Kenwood] TS-850 "Fine" Tuning?

You are talking about a TS-850, correct? I don't see any reference in the
manual about different rates for different speeds; thats what the tuning
upgrader from IR did. I have 2 stock TS-850 and neither one has tuning rate
varies by dial speed. Someone mentioned the menu setting. I believe that
only affects tuning for AM/FM modes.. You can try a reset by pressing the
A=B switch when turning the radio on.
