Hi
In order to do that, you have to be able to do surface mount soldering.
On my 850, I had the older chips plus had the dreaded leaking C1. I squinted
at the chips and figured I wasn't gonna be able to solder them, so I bought
a whole new board. Cost me 200 bucks, but where else would I get a radio
that good for that money?
