[Kenwood] at-250 help needed

Hi Isaac.......
    Perhaps I missed something here, but you say the antennas are OK with a
1.5 SWR and you want the ATU to find a match. A 1.5 SWR reading  IS a match.
You're asking the tuner to correct something which doesn't need correcting.
You say you have 4 dipoles, so I assume that they are for different bands of
operation. Try tuning one of the antennas to a band for which it isn't
resonant and see if the tuner gets a reasonable match... 2.0 : 1 or less.
