[Kenwood] James Millen Transmatch 92200

I am about to procure a Kenwood TS-430 which has been opened up to 1.7-30. MHz tranmit plus
a James Millen Transmatch 92200 which is a 1 KW antenna tuner for 80,40,20,15 and 10 meters.
My question is, how far outside the ham bands will the tuner work into a full wave 80 meter
loop?  I want to operate all MARS frequencies ( USAF, Army, Navy/MC) between 3.3-30 MHz.
Will this transmatch work for me?
