HI to All: I recently purchased a T-599D Kenwood transmitter. I can not get the finals to dip. I have it on a dummy load that I know is good and all it does is peg the meter. I put in a new pair of 2001 PAs I have cleaned up the tank circuit and have blown out the dust on the plate and load variable caps. Bias voltage is correct. Any ideas? Thanks, Mike K4YDN
