[Kenwood] TS-430S Repair/Mod

I have a TS-430S that is working great.  Wonder who is the best and least expensive
who can modify this rig for full range transmit and receive.  Want to be able to
use the rig on MARS and FEMA frequencies between 1.5 to 30 MHz.  Am the Asst State MARS
Director for Alabama and want to be able to use this rig on all frequencies in the event
of a natural disaster.  Have arthritis in my hands and can not do the work myself.

Also need short turn around as this is now my primary transmitter for daily MARS nets
