[Kenwood] Kenwood Twins Production Date

The "D's" were only produced for about 4 years (74 to 78). The service
bulletins up on Kenwood's web site would document their history. The only
major change in the "D" receiver through the latter part of their
production cycle was to remove the CB position from the bandswitch and
change it to AUX.
