[Kenwood] kenwood east service

Folks,
About a week ago I asked about other ham's experience with the Kenwood
service facility in Virginia Beach. The responses were very positive, but
they did not prepare me for the results I obtained from them...
I sent my THF6A to them for warranty service on a Friday, and received it
back on the following Thursday! I shipped it to them Priority Mail and
they returned it via UPS ground service. Even though I am in the
neighboring state, I was totally unprepared for such fast service.
Thanks for the comments in response to my queiry, also.
