I wish I'd stayed cw too, that's another story. The best sounding, unassisted mic I've ever found, on any KW radio is an Electrovoice 621L. Hard to find. I bought 4 or five off Ebay and gave them to the group I used to hang out with, they all loved them. Yea, big deal, but there you are! Zl
