[Kenwood] PS-430 Power Supply Failure....

Hello all. I'm currently running a TS-140S mostly mobile, but 
occasionally bring it in and use the PS-430 PS. I had the rig in the 
shack thte other day, and it was fine, then all at once, it shut down. 
The LED on the PS was out. The rig is fine in the truck, but  no good on 
the PS. I checked with the volt meter, and no go. I do have approx 17v 
AC fromt he transformer, but nothing after the rectifier. Could the 
rectifier have failed? Anyone know of a good source? It's marked S25VB.
