[Kenwood] TS-570S Heterodyne

My 570 has developed this anomaly where when ever I transmit it has this
heterodyne in the audio and if I cycle the power when it comes back up the
heterodyne is gone until the next time I transmit. It is not loud but is
enough to be annoying after a period of time. Apparently it does not affect
the transmit as no one else can hear it.

Has anyone else encountered this problem and if so did you find a solution?
