[Kenwood] TS-450s question

Thank you all for your extremely quick responses!

You have certainly confirmed that it should indicate 100 W on the 
meter, which it is not.  I will look at the manuals to find the 50W 
switch.  Perhaps that is the problem.  I'll also check it against my 
440 to see if the power output is different.  I don't have an 
accurate power meter, but I can put both through an SWR meter and 
compare the forward power.  Unfortunately it's a pain to swap the 
rigs, so this may take a few days.  If I find the switch I'll try 
that first!

I have both the owner's manual and the maintenance manual, but in 
looking through them both it appears that some of the schematics are 
not there.  I don't know if they are missing pages or if they were 
never provided.  I have no schematic for the two main boards which 
hold the xtal filters.  Do any of you have these schematics that I 
could perhaps get a photocopy of?
