I have a TS570D and just tried it. Works just fine in cw when I go below 500. Here's one for you now, when operating PSK, I can key the radio but there is no output until I go to menu #33, rf input level, and change it to either 1 or 2. Then it will work like a champ until the radio is turned off, and then the next time I want to use PSK I have to do the same thing. Other digital modes are not affected, but I use a Kam Plus for them and a sound card interface for the PSK--Pacterm for windows is used for both.

I have noticed that my TS-570 does not operate in CW receive
below 500kHz. All other modes work just fine right down to 30kHz,
but CW cuts out/in as I tune across 500kHz.

I cannot remember if I ever tried this before so am not sure if it has
always been this way. Cannot find any mention in the manual, or
the menus.

Can anyone advise me if this is normal, or if I have a problem with
my unit?

Thanks
