[Kenwood] PS-430 power supply, Thanks for the Help!

Thanks to several list members for answering my call for help
on my 22 year old PS-430. The supply was intermittent, worked great
sometimes, other times had a terrible hum and the radio went spurious.

I ended up following several list members' suggestions and replaced
all the caps _ yes, the shotgun approach to troubleshooting _ and that fixed
it.

Under three of the caps there was a ring of what looked like shellac that
leaked from
the caps. However, the leakage couldn't be seen with the caps in place.
