Kinda like selling a radar detector, right?
I have never heard of the FCC punishing an individual ham for selling a
rig to an illegal operator, and we know it has to happen all the time at
hamfests. To think that anyone (even the FCC) puts the selling of
unauthorized equipment on the level of drug dealing is pretty silly, don't
you think?
