[Kenwood] Need help with mg71200.exe.cfm and mv7110.exe.cfm

Having recently moved from California to Texas I am
faced with the need to completely reprogram the
memories in my dual bander HT and my dual band mobile.
I downloaded the aformentioned software and stored it
on my hard drive. My problem is that when I try to
launch one of these apps I get nothing but an error
message.

My operating system is Windows XP, Home Edition.

When I right click "my documents" right click
"mg71200.exe.cfm" and left click "open" I get a
message that reads:

"Windows can not open this file
mg71200.exe.cfm. To open this program Windows needs to
know what program created it. Windows can go online to
look it up automatically, or you can manually select
from a list of programs on your computer. Which do you
want to do? Use the web service to find the
appropriate progam. Select the program from a list."
Choosing the web service option brings up a message
"File type unknown. Windows does not recognize the
file type."

Kenwood can not tell me what progaram created the
routine. What am I doing wrong? How can I open these
files?
