[Kenwood] Re: T599D Cathode Resistors

After operating the Kenwood T599D for a time, the plate current starts to rise. 
I notice when this happens the 10 ohm cathode resistors increase in value or in 
some cases go open. I have replaced them several times with "Flame Proof" 2 
watt, 10 ohm resistors. The diagram that comes with the manual does not specify 
the wattage rating for these resistors. I have checked the Kenwood Service 
Bulletins and this trouble is not mentioned. Is there a good 4 or 5 watt 10 ohm 
resistor out there that is non inductive that will fit into a small space? All 
bias voltages readings and outputs appear normal when new 2 watt resistors are
