[Kenwood] PS-430 troubleshooting

Hi,

My station power supply is a PS-430 that I've used for 22 years and after
all of these years it's finally
giving me a problem.
The power supply has an intermittent problem of causing distortion to my
signals on the air in both rigs I use with the power supply.
-  When the problem is present, under light load, using my 2-meter rig on
low power, there is some AC hum heard on my signal.
- Switching to high power, the signal is badly distorted with heavy AC hum.
The same thing happens with my TS-850 - the power supply works fine on
receive but my signal distorts badly on transmit.
Like I said, the problem is intermittent and I can't get it to happen again.
Without the problem, under light load, the power supply puts out 13.90 volts
(uncalibrated DVM) with no measurable AC ripple. Voltage drops to 13.80
volts under heavy load.
I need two things: Could someone please email me a jpeg of the PS-430 power
supply. I can't find one online.
And does anyone have an idea where to start on this beast, remembering this
thing is intermittent, and 22 years old?
