[Kenwood] TS-850s power pot question

Hello Everyone,

First post here but I had a question on adjusting the power output pot on my 
TS850. From a guy that usually works on tube gear, Im not sure how to move the 
little pot that adjusts the pwr output. I believe its vr7? What kind of 
plastic tool works on that little guy? I just want to use the right tool so its 
done right. I really like this radio. Thanks and 73..
