[Kenwood] shortcut

Marty,
Good morning. I am just getting this, hopefully it has
been resolved already, but...

What .dll file is missing? Let me know. I am
*assuming* it is one installed by ARCP2000. Usually,
uninstalling and re-installing will resolve missing
.dll files... now that you have the key problem
resolved, I would UN-install and RE-install it all
over again. 
Also, will the program run from START, PROGRAMS,
KENWOOD (or whatever), ARCP2000?  Sometimes shortcuts
can be flaky. If it runs from START, PROGRAMS, etc.
then redo the shortcut by Right-Clicking on the
executable and selecting SEND TO, DESKTOP (CREATE
SHORTCUT).
FYI, I do not have ARCP2000 myself, I'm speaking
strictly from a computer technician's standpoint.
