[Kenwood] shortcut

Hi everyone,

I seem to be in a quandry with the ARCP2000 for the TS2000.
The Key works just great, but I can not make a shortcut on the Desktop for 
some reason. When I do, and press the Icon, it states that there is a dll 
file missing. Do you have any ideas ? When I had it on my other computer, I 
had absolutely no problem putting a shortcut there ? Can you help ? Thanks 
for the assistance so far anyway.
