If you want to continue to use your 450 OHM balance  feedline, you will have
to make  or buy a 9:1 balun.
and insert it in the transmission path between the tuners
coaxial output and the input to the balanced line....

Your other tuner must have had a balun built in???

This could allow you to physically match the coaxial
ouput to the balanced feed line, and should also match
the 50 Ohm to 450 Ohm mismatch..

With a vertical it may be just as easy to feed it with coax,depending on the
frequency range you are operating
over.

I am no expert in this so maybe others have some ideas..

The whole idea of coax vs balanced line, tuners etc
usually creates a good discussion...
