[Kenwood] ts940s drivers

Try 12V transistors 2SC1969 by Mitsubishi. They are quite cheap and wide
available. Do NOT use 2SC1969 by NEC - simply, they are not RF power
transistors!!
Also, put 12V 78S12 voltage regulator. Current bias is up to 100ma for the
2SC1969 matched pair.
Adjust on the Control Unit output power with VR2 (max output) and VR19 (min
output).
Modification works great!!
