[Kenwood] 850 VFO Knob

Bill,

I hated my 850 knob too, put a wide rubber band around the edge and then
found out how to loosen the tension on it. (twist the 2 halves of the
knobs)  Now I can move it with my pinky :)

I just received my 850S station :)  For some reason my
fingers do not like the hard
VFO knob.

Does anyone know where I can find a soft rubber ring to put over it?  It
has a cheap feel and is difficult to move quickly because there is poor
adhesion.

But........WOW............what a radio!!
