[Kenwood] difference between ts-440 and ts-450

I seem to remember that the serial number/model number sticker on the
rear panel or bottom cover of the radio will say "SAT" if the
440/450/690/850 radios were built with the tuner installed, or just an
"S" if they were built without the tuner. Not 100% sure, though.

Short of actually testing the radio, I don't know if there is any way to
know if the tuner has been installed after the fact.
