[Kenwood] Help with some TH-F6A part numbers

I wonder if anyone has a service manual handy and
could give me a couple of part numbers for the TH-F6A.
 I called up pacific coast parts today and didn't have
the greatest luck explaining what I needed.  The first
person I spoke with offered to fax an exploded view of
the radio, so I could get the part number.  I had to
call back from work with the fax number, and the
person I spoke with then said they had no
documentation on the TH-F6A-and really wasnt that
helpful.

Anyway, here are the parts I need:

1. The locking nut for the SMA connector
2. THe locking nut for the volume/tuning shaft
3. The screw at the bottom which holds the front of   
the case to the chasis (one on both left and right
side)
4. The rubber cover for the speaker/mic/DC in jacks

If anyone can provide the part numbers I would sure
appreciate it.
