[Kenwood] TS-2000 and packet

I don't know about the TNC in the TS-2000 but the other Kenwood TNCs are
incapable of receiving more than one frame at a time. Many packet nodes
are set to transmit 4 to 7 frames at a time (though I've proven that one
frame at a time causes greater throughput because of the number of TNCs
that want to acknowledge after the first frame and that's before the
Kenwood D700 came out with that one frame limit). That one frame limit
may be causing the node to detect too many errors and to disconnect as
the result. The only possible cure is to have the node set for one frame
at a time or to use an external TNC with the Kenwood radio.
