[Kenwood] Problem with wiring Kenwood TMG707E to a MFJ TNC

Hi All,

I'm trying to wire a MFJ 1270 CT tnc with 2400 baud modem to a TMG707E via 
the data port. I can get the TNC to receive no problem but the kenwood will 
not key at all.

Can some kind soul out there explain the data ports pin outs or if you have 
had a similar prob let me know how you got round it.
