[Kenwood] dipswitsh settings dsp100

Hi list
I am playing with a dsp 100 and i have no user or so manual
So i am in dubt with those settings on the rear panel
It seems to be not so effective or there is something wrong or i do
something wrong as well
The TS850 is working fine ... and the cables properly connected
