[Kenwood] TS850 power output

I was helping a friend check out his TS-850 this weekend, and it seemed to be working just fine except that the power output was ~150 watts on 80 meters. The rig was putting out 90-100 watts on all the higher bands. At first I thought that this was a problem with his rig, but then I checked my 850, and it, too, had about 150 watts out on 80.

Has anyone else seen similar variations with their rig?
