[Kenwood] Kenwood Battery Pack Repair (BP-38/39)

Have not opened the BP-38  but have opened PB-6 and PB-7 successfully with an Exacto knife working slowly/carefully around the seam.  Closed them up with RTV and 
spring loaded clamps.

Limited success with replacing individual cells as they can only be cycled a finite number of times.  Consider replacing all the cells while you have it open.  Hope this helps
