[Kenwood] Loose VFO Tuning knob

I'm certain the set screw was NOT 1/16" allen, it was 1.5, 1.6, or 2 mm
metric. Generally using a fractional allen wrench in a metric screw will
result in a round hole. Use METRIC tools on metric radios! That goes for
the Phillips driver for the cover screws too.
