It seems that few, if any, all band units are including the 1 1/4 meter
band.
Maybe they don't figure it's worth the effort, or that people would pay the
needed extra for it?
I have not done anything myself with that band, no real incentive for me.
I opted for an Icom IC-706 MK II G, because the TS50s does not have
anything other than HF, and the Yaesu FT-100d did not have as good a
display IMO.
Kenwood has no quite comparable mobile unit, and I wanted as much as
possible in the package.
And the TS-200 is a bit too pricey for me, being as I'm retired with only
Social Security, so need the most bang for the buck.
