Does it do this "immediately" or only after the rig has been turned on for
a while? Does it do it with the beam pointed in one direction and not
another (point the beam at the shack vs pointed away)?
Are you running high power? Are you running AFSK instead of FSK?
It really sounds to me like RF getting back into the "up-down" control
lines which show up on the microphone lines (you know how you can use the
MC-60 buttons to QSY the radio).
Try putting some ferrites on your microphone and AFSK audio lines both at
the radio and computer.
