[Kenwood] ts-790a

hi folks..  my ts-790s just started doing erratic stuff..  when i turn =
it on the display jumps off and on and the front panel locks up...   it =
also beeps as the display flicks on and off by itself..  is that the =
cmos battery ?  thanks  paul w8jn
