[Kenwood] TS-850 problem

Dear friends,
 
My name Harry Adi Sukanto, call sign YB1OF, need help from you. I have
problem on my TS-850. The problem occured during my last communication
some time ago, seemed the linier amplifier was untuned and sent RF feed
back to the transceiver caused  the display off and transmitt or receive
signal were failed. I have tried to replace the car unit X50-3140-00
with the new one, the display is now okay but it still could not
transmitt or receive signal.
 
If  you have any experience with the problem occured, I would be
