[Kenwood] TS-2000 PSK31 CW Filter use

Sidetone frequency is the pitch of the cw sidetone and most rigs
automatically provide an offset equal to this frequency when receiving.
Basically it takes the place of the old BFO knob we used to use. The
sidetone is changed within the menu of most modern rigs such as the
TS-870-570-2000 etc.
