Excellent - I knew that you'd find a way to use it with the TS-2000.
For rigs without the menu 37 function of the TS-2000, the same method can be
used with a simple workaround. On the RX VFO (CW) you can either:
1) equalize the VFOs (A=B) and use the RIT to adjust the RX VFO up/down
(whichever necessary) by an amount equal to your sidetone frequency
or
2) simply adjust the RX VFO up/down by the sidetone amount (if you can't
precisely set the RIT as in #1 above).
Works great on my TS-870, and friends have reported similar excellent results
with the TS-570.
