Hi All,

I was cleaning up and checking out a nice TS-520S which will be going to a code-Tech
friend. While doing the final checkout I discovered that the previous owner swapped
out the two 10 meter (28.0 & 28.5) hetrodyne oscillator crystals with what appears to
be CB band crystals (probably 26.5 & 27.0 - I could tell it was CB by just listening I
didn't investigate the actual frequency ranges). I want to get this back on 10
meters. I know I could go to International Crystal and order new ones, but the future
owner is rather cash poor. So I'm wondering if anyone might be interested in a
crystal swap or if someone might have a junker TS-520(S) that they'd be willing to
part with the 10 meter band crystals at a reasonable price.

I got the rig at an estate sale a few years back and planned on going through the
radio and selling it off. However, finding this ham in need I decided to basically
give it away to a good home. I've always considered the TS-520 and 820 series of rigs
the best bang for the buck.

Thanks es 73
