[Kenwood] "QUIKCOP"/WB7ACV DITTY

Good Morning, Everyone....
       I seem to recall this QuikCop/WB7ACV item appearing previously on this 
or other reflectors; but, I forget the gist and was never before affected.  
In posting a message to NE0P and the reflector a few minutes ago, I received 
a bounce notice from this QuikCop "entity" with a cheesy, imbedded logo.  
Though my outgoing and incoming e-mail are continuously scanned with updated 
protection from data STDs, I chose to run a manual scan because of this 
matter.  Anyone have any more info as to how I got a bounce message from 
someone I didn't directly contact?
       Sorry for the imposition and possible redundant off-topic item.  Any 
information will be happily and gratefully received.  Thanks for the 
friendship, knowledge, and fantastic info you all have so generously given
