[Kenwood] TS-850S display

[Paul Manuel]

For some reason, at work I am unable to "respond" to a message, but this
is in reply to the slow-to-glow display on the 850 after it has been
turned off for a few days. The manual says this is normal. I am at work
and don't know for sure, but I think I found that info on page 10 of the
manual.
