[Kenwood] Weird Antenna Internal Tuner Problem on TS-570G

I have seen similar problems listed on the Kenwood TS-570 
list (in between the porn spam) and those that had the 
problem indicated that it was a fixed cap in the tuned circuit
for that operating segment - perhaps your problem is similar.
