[Kenwood] TS930 Frequency Tuning direction

Sure, reverse the encoder wires where they go into the Digital unit. It is
CN4 which is the right hand 4 pin connector on the back of the Digital unit
(the other is the RIT). Reverse the 2 middle wires.

If you have a Piexx board installed cahnge the connector to the other jack.
